- Center for American Women and Politics
- The Center for American Women and Politics (CAWP) has created this site in order to promote the activities of women in government and to enhance women's influence and roles in public life. The two most useful tabs will probably be Facts & Findings, and Research & Education.
- Gifts of Speech
- This site contains speeches given by women throughout the 1900s (though select speeches date as far back as 1848). Nobel Lectures and the top 100 speeches of the 20th century are also included here.
- National Organization for Women
- The National Organization for Women (NOW) is the largest organization of feminist activists in the U.S. By clicking on the Issues tab, there are articles and other sources of information on a variety of topics dealing with women.
- 2005 Women of our World
- The Population Reference Bureau has complied this data sheet which focuses on demography, reproductive health, education, economic status, and political leadership. A great place to go for straightforward numbers.
- Sallie Bingham Center for Women's History and Culture
- Holding rare books and manuscripts that primarily pertain to women's issues, the Sallie Bingham Center for Women's History and Culture is part of Duke's Special Collections Library. Items ranging from platation diaries to the papers of contemporary feminist activists are available.
- Women's Bureau
- The U.S. Department of Labor's site has some useful information for working women.
- Women's Studies Database
- Created and maintained by the University of Maryland, this site is full of resources for anyone interested in Women's Studies. Almost every category will lead you to a larger selection of links.
- Women's Studies Online
- The University of Iowa has compiled this collection of further resources for Women's Studies. Click on a topic for multiple links about that subject.
- Women's Studies Section
- The Association of College & Research Libraries has put together this site that offers a wide range of resources
