Blue Web'n
A searchable database of about 1000 reviewed Internet learning sites categorized by subject area, audience, and type (lessons, activities, projects, resources, references, & tools). Blue Web'n does not attempt to catalog all educational sites, but chooses the most useful and those that especially have online activities targeted at learners.

Britannica Online
Britannica Online lets users search their encyclopedia, reviews of the Web's best sites, articles from leading magazines, and related books.

Education Index
An annotated guide to the education-related sites on the Web. The sites are sorted by subject and lifestage. More than than 3,000 sites in 66 categories are represented.

ERIC
ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center) is a program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. ERIC disseminates useful education-related material. Some of the resources on the web include the Educator's Reference Desk, which includes lesson plans, and ERIC Digests, which are summaries of ERIC documents. FIRN
The Florida Information Resource Network (FIRN) is an network which electronically links Florida's public education entities to computing resources which serve public education.

U.S. Department of Education
A useful site with plenty of resources for educators. You can find statistics in the Digest of Education Statistics and Encylopedia of Education Statistics, Title IV school codes, or use the public school & district locator. Browse the site through the "Topics A-Z" or "Search" for a particular topic.
