Information for Faculty

For You

Our staff can provide an orientation to the library’s facilities and available resources. We will be happy to explain the procedures of placing items on Reserve, and help you establish an account with the Interlibrary Loan Department. A subject-specialist librarian can show you journals, e-journals, databases and other items specific to your discipline. We will also be happy to discuss any library projects you may want to use with your classes.

For Your Classes

Librarians can design  presentations based on goals and objectives for your students. We can provide a general orientation to the library’s resources or  give course-specific instruction on gathering information from journals, books and databases relevant to your assignments.
