Special Collections & Archives serves as the repository at Florida Atlantic University for items of enduring academic or cultural value which must be stored in a protective environment while offering access to the scholarly community. We seek to reflect the diversity of the University community and to preserve local and national history by collecting and providing access to materials such as rare books, pamphlets, archives, personal papers, musical scores, photographs, and ephemera. The staff of Special Collections & Archives provide research assistance and educational programming for students, faculty, local and national scholars, and the South Florida community.
