This well-known form is a fun structure for both books and for ornaments (making this a perfect workshop for December!). Folded square sheets of paper joined together can create a long accordion or form a star shape. We will make two models: one is designed to use as an accordion book form, the other is perfect for an ornament. The ornament folds down into a small book-like object, which when opened transforms into the star shaped ornament. This structure has lots of possibilities for variation depending on the materials and the page attachment.
