Florida Atlantic University’s

at the Jaffe Center for Book Arts Satellite Studios
at FAU's historic Building T6
Sunday December 15, 2019
10 AM to 4 PM

Free Admission! Free easy parking! Come celebrate the seasonal and the handmade at the Midwinter Makers Marketplace at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. FAU’s Jaffe Center for Book Arts has been gathering makers of all kinds for four years now at one central location so you can shop, make connections, and be generally inspired. This market is focused on holiday artisan shopping with the Shop Small movement at the forefront. There’ll be live music with favorite local musicians, an amazing doughnut sale fundraiser (courtesy Convivio Bookworks), an apple sale fundraiser (courtesy J.P. Sullivan Yankee Brand Apples), white elephant sale and a new tag sale venue, plus a print project you can make (because we should all be makers). All in a festive holiday atmosphere!

The girl with a guitar and a foot tambourine and a stellar voice… it’s ELLA HERRERA from 10 AM to 1 PM, followed by RIO PETERSON and his guitar, singing covers ranging from the Beatles to New Order and the Smiths from 1 to 4 PM.

Sorry, the Pizza Paradise truck had to cancel.... but they'll be at the Sweetheart Makers Marketplace on Sunday February 9!
