  Posters for Social Evolution

Jaffe Center for Book Arts
Book Arts Gallery

No print experience necessary.

In each session of this hands-on workshop, participants will work side by side with printer Amos Paul Kennedy, Jr. on a poster the class will design and print letterpress on the Vandercook 4 printing press for an upcoming event of social importance. The event will be chosen ahead of time and will be revealed at the start of the workshop... but most likely, one session will take on a topic that relates to a university organization or event and the other session will take on a topic that is part of the broader South Florida community. The posters will be printed in Amos Paul Kennedy's unmistakable print style. Expect a fun and intense atmosphere.

Tuition For Each Session:
$50 general public / $40 FAU faculty & staff and students from other institutions / $30 FAU students When signing up for the workshop, please let us know whether you want to attend the morning session, the afternoon session, or both.
