Join us in the Autumn of 2018 when we kick off another great season of JCBA Makers Marketplaces! Our markets feature eclectic mixes of local artisans and small creative companies in a cool and easy setting with live local music, good food, and print and craft projects (because we should all be makers). Each market has a different seasonal theme, beginning with the Autumn Market in October, followed by the Harvest Market in November, the Midwinter Market in December, the Sweetheart Market in February, and the Springtide Market in March or April. The markets are held indoors and out at JCBA’s Satellite Studios on the northeast corner of the Florida Atlantic University campus, close by to FAU Owls Stadium and to the east entrance to Palm Beach State College.
Our markets include a wide range of artisans working in books and paper, pottery, wood crafts, jewelry, textiles, edibles, painting, photography, authors promoting books, soap makers, and lots more. Interested in vending? We’re always on the lookout for great local makers and other small companies who think big. Write JCBA Director John Cutrone at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more and to see if you might be a good fit.
We’re also working on potentially bringing a Wayzgoose Market to the Jaffe Center’s main location inside FAU’s Wimberly Library on Saturday, August 25, 2018. More details on that as they unfold, but if you’re interested in vending, by all means, let us know!
