ELECTRONIC DATABASES

	Applied Science & Technology Indexes the latest findings in every area of science, engineering, and technology covering trade and industrial publications, journals issued by professional and technical societies, and specialized subject periodicals. Abstracting coverage begins with periodicals published in March 1993. Full Text coverage begins in 1997.
	Cambridge Scientific Abstracts - FAU Libraries Electronic Collections and WebLUIS These databases cover a broad range of specific subjects in the following scientific disciplines: aquatic sciences, medical and biological sciences, environmental sciences, computer sciences and engineering specialties, and materials sciences. Coverage varies by databases
	Current Contents Connect - Web of Science. A weekly service that includes seven content databases covering approximately 6,600 unique journals in the areas of science, technology, medicine, social science, business, the humanities, and popular culture. Current 12 months.
	Dissertation Abstracts - ProQuest Citations and abstracts of American dissertations and master’s theses in all subject disciplines. 1861 to date.
	General Science Abstracts This database covers such areas as astronomy, atmospheric science, biology, botany, chemistry, conservation, earth science, environment, food, genetics, health, mathematics, medicine, microbiology, nutrition, oceanography, physics, physiology, and zoology. Full text coverage begins in January 1995.
	INSPEC Worldwide coverage of published works in physics, electrical engineering and electronics, computing, and information technology. Covers scientific and technical journals and conference proceedings and includes some books, reports, and dissertations. Coverage from 1969 to date.
	MathSciNet Comprehensive database of literature on mathematics and its applications in a wide range of disciplines. It covers statistics, computer science, operations research, econometrics, engineering, physics, biology and other related areas. Coverage from 1940 to date.
	Science Citation Index Expanded -  Web of Science Multi disciplinary database covering the journal literature of the sciences. Provides citations and author abstracts from 5300 major journals. 1992 to date.
	WilsonSelectPlus Wilson OmniFile Full Text, Mega Edition is a multi-disciplinary database providing the complete content - indexing, abstracts, and full text - from six of Wilson's full-text databases: Education Full Text, General Science Full Text, Humanities Full Text, Readers' Guide Full Text, Social Sciences Full Text, and Wilson Business Full Text. Full-text articles from five additional periodical databases are also included when available: Applied Science & Technology Full Text, Art Full Text, Biological & Agricultural Index, Index to Legal Periodicals & Books, and Library Literature & Information Science Full Text. Full-text coverage begins in 1994. Each database has its own start dates for indexing, abstracting, and full text; start dates for full-text rights to individual journals vary within a database.

	AIP (American Institute of Physics) Full text of subscribed to journals from the AIP.
	APS (American Physical Society) Access to the full text of APS journals.
	Elsevier Science Direct Full text of more than 1,100 scholarly journals in engineering, science, and social science disciplines
	FAU Libraries Electronic Journals by Title An alphabetical listing of online journals subscribed to by the FAU Libraries.
	IOP (Institute of Physics) Full text of journals from IOP to which FAU subscribes. From IOP page, choose "Journals", under "Electronic Journals", choose "Standard Service."
	JSTOR Online full text storage of articles from scholarly journals in economics, history, mathematics, philosophy, political science, sociology, and other disciplines from their beginning up until several years ago. The more recent issues/volumes are NOT included.
	Kluwer Online Journals Scholarly journals in business, law, medicine, humanities, science, and social science disciplines.
	Wiley InterScience The full text of 194 journals plus 121 titles with abstracts only.
