- MediaSpace: Project on Global Media and Public Space - The site serves as a multimedia research and education program that teaches people about the structures and effects of commercial media.
- National Communication Association - Non-profit organization that includes over 7,100 members from over 20 countries. Works towards enhancing research, teaching, and service within the discipline of communication. Founded in 1914, it is the largest and oldest organization to promote communication scholarship and education.
