  Each database contains a collection of journal articles, abstracts and primary sources.  Search individual databases to find your references and research.  
 

	ARTstor ARTstor is a non-profit initiative, founded by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, with a mission to use digital technology to enhance scholarship, teaching and learning in the arts and associated fields. The ARTstor Digital Library Charter Collection is a repository of hundreds of thousands of digital images and related data and tools to actively use those images.
	Academic OneFile Academic OneFile is the premier source for peer-reviewed, full-text articles from the world's leading journals and reference sources with extensive coverage of the physical sciences, technology, medicine, social sciences, the arts, theology, literature and other subjects.  Includes full-text coverage of the New York Times back to 1995.
	Alternative Press Index (AltPressIndex) Indexes journals covering cultural, economic, political and social change from 1991 to present.
	Anthropology Plus Anthropology Plus brings together into one resource the highly respected Anthropological Literature from Harvard University and Anthropological Index, Royal Anthropological Institute from the UK. Anthropology Plus provides extensive worldwide indexing of journal articles, reports, commentaries, edited works, and obituaries in the fields of social, cultural, physical, biological, and linguistic anthropology, ethnology, archaeology, folklore, material culture, and interdisciplinary studies. The index offers excellent coverage of all core periodicals in the field in addition to local and lesser-known journals. Coverage is from the late 19th century to the present.

	EthnicNewsWatch and EthnicNewsWatch: A History Provides in-depth coverage of a wide range of current and historical topics. It is searchable in both English and Spanish, with titles in both languages. Includes African-American, Caribbean/African, Arab/Middle Eastern, Asian/Pacific Island, European/Eastern European, Hispanic, Jewish, and Native American ethnic publications.
	Expanded Academic ASAP Includes scholarly journals, news magazines and newspaper articles regarding arts and humanities, social sciences and science and technology disciplines.
	GEOBASE Contains citations with abstracts covering worldwide literature on geography, geology, ecology, international development, and their related disciplines. Subject coverage includes cartography, climatology, energy, environment, geomorphology, hydrology, photogrammetry, sedimentology, geochemistry, geophysics, paleontology, petrology, volcanology, and much more.
	GeoRef The GeoRef database is the most comprehensive database in the geosciences. The GeoRef database covers the geology of North America from 1785 to the present and the geology of the rest of the world from 1933 to the present.
	Handbook of Latin American Studies A bibliography on Latin America consisting of works selected and annotated by scholars. Edited by the Hispanic Division of the Library of Congress, the multidisciplinary Handbook alternates annually between the social sciences and the humanities. Each year, more than 130 academics from around the world choose over 5,000 works for inclusion in the Handbook.
	Human Relations Area Files A unique cross-cultural database, HARF contains more than a quarter of a million pages of descriptive information on the cultures of the world. The full-text materials are subject-indexed at the paragraph-level for precise retrieval of information on all aspects of cultural and social life. These materials are relevant to the various social science disciplines.
	InfoTrac OneFile Search humanities, education, business, science, current events, art, politics, economics, social science, law, health care, computers, technology, environmental issues, and general interest topics.
	JSTOR Provides full-text full image access to over sixty journal titles from the inception of the titles up to within the past five years. Covers African American Studies, Anthropology, Asian Studies, Ecology, Economics, Education, Finance, History, Literature, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, Population Studies, Sociology and Statistics.
	Kluwer Online Kluwer Online is electronic access to the journals published by Kluwer which incorporates the imprints of Kluwer Academic Publishers (including the former science and technology titles under International Thompson/Chapman & Hall), Kluwer Law International, Kluwer Academic/Plenum Publishers and Kluwer Academic/Human Sciences Press (both formerly published under the Plenum imprint). Includes over 600 journals along with searching capabilities, abstracts, and full-text back to 1987.
	Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts   Assists both generalists and specialists in keeping abreast of cutting-edge developments in disciplines concerned with the nature and use of language. The database covers all aspects of the study of language including phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax and semantics. Complete coverage is also given to various fields of linguistics including descriptive, historical, comparative, theoretical and geographical linguistics.
	MLA Indexes critical literary and language scholarship and provides access to over 4,000 journals and serials published worldwide, as well as books, essay collections, working papers, proceedings, dissertations, and bibliographies.
	netLibrary A collection of over 20,000 online full-text nonfiction electronic books ranging from Cliffs Notes to travel guides to computer programming manuals.
	OmniFile Full Text Mega Edition Wilson OmniFile Full Text, Mega Edition is a multi-disciplinary database providing the complete content - indexing, abstracts, and full text - from six of Wilson's full-text databases:Education Full Text, General Science Full Text, Humanities Full Text, Readers' Guide Full Text, Social Sciences Full Text, and Wilson Business Full Text. Full-text articles from five additional periodical databases are also included when available: Applied Science & Technology Full Text, Art Full Text, Biological & Agricultural Index, Index to Legal Periodicals & Books, and Library Literature amp; Information Science Full Text. Full-text coverage begins in 1994. Each database has its own start dates for indexing, abstracting, and full text; start dates for full-text rights to individual journals vary within a database.
	Periodicals Archive Online Provides indexing for the contents of older issues of periodicals in the humanities and social sciences dating back to 1770. Complete tables of contents are included for each issue of each journal. Includes journals in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and other Western languages. Contains some full text articles.
	ProQuest Digital Dissertations Authoritative source for information about U.S. doctoral dissertations and master's theses. This database represents the work of authors from over 1,000 graduate schools and universities.
	Social Sciences Full Text Subject areas include addiction studies, anthropology, area studies, community health and medical care, corrections, criminal justice, criminology, economics, environmental studies, ethics, family studies, gender studies, geography, gerontology, international relations, law, minority studies, planning and public administration, policy sciences, political science, psychiatry, psychology, public welfare, social work, sociology, and urban studies.  Full text coverage begins in January 1995.
	Web of Science-Social Science Citation Index A multidisciplinary database covering the journal literature of the social sciences. It indexes 1,144 of the world's leading arts and humanities journals, as well as covering individually selected, relevant items from over 6,800 major science and social science journals.
	WorldCat Dissertations and Theses  Provides access to over 5 million records of dissertations and theses available in OCLC member libraries catalogs in the WorldCat database.
