Evidence Based Medicine Reviews

• ACP Journal Club
  Identifies clinically relevant and methodologically sound studies that have been published in other top medical journals. An enhanced abstract and a commentary on the value of the study for clinical practice is then written.

• Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews
  A full-text database that provides regularly updated systematic reviews of the clinical studies of healthcare.

• Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects (DARE)
  A full-text database containing critical assessments of systematic reviews from a variety of medical journals.

Expanded Academic ASAP
Includes scholarly journals, news magazines and newspaper articles regarding arts and humanities, social sciences and science and technology disciplines. Many full-text articles.

Health and Wellness Resource Center
Provides bibliographic references, abstracts, and full-text information; a medical dictionary; excerpts from reference books; contact information for support groups; hotlines for research centers; and pamphlets issued by leading health organizations.

MEDLINE (Cambridge Scientific Abstracts) OR (PubMED)
The National Institute of Health-National Library of Medicine database that contains citations and abstracts from over 4,800 journals. Covers all areas of medicine including clinical medicine, experimental medicine, dentistry, nursing, health services administration, nutrition, and more. Some links to full text articles.

Natural Medicine Comprehensive Database
Provides evidence-based, clinical information on natural medicines, herbal medicines, and dietary supplements used in the western world.
