GIS data includes: Critical Beach Erosion Areas in Florida, Range Monuments, SBMP Regions and Units, Coastal Construction Control Line, and All Erosion Control Lines currently in effect. The Coast of Florida Study (COFS) cover the Beach Armoring, Building Footprints, Sand Isopaths, and Bathymetry Contours in the nearshore waters of Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties. It also covers the Hard Bottom Areas, Core Boring Locations, and Tracks covering the nearshore of Region 3. Project Aerial Photographs are for Bay and Manatee Counties.

Altimeter data, processed daily within 1-2 days of acquisition, are available for operational sea level monitoring and assimilation in NOAA ocean models to improve forecasts of El Nino, hurricane intensity, and coastal circulation.

SUSPENDED-SEDIMENT DATABASE

Output from data retrieval provides daily mean streamflow discharge in cubic feet per second, daily mean suspended-sediment concentration in milligrams per liter, and suspended sediment discharge in metric tons per day (megagrams per day). Ancillary data included in this database are: water temperature, bed material size distribution, and suspended-sediment size distribution.

The tsunami databases consists of two files: the event database and the runup database. The event database contains information on the tsunami such as the cause, source location, magnitude and intensity, etc. The runup database contains information on locations where tsunami effects occurred.
