The mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Analysis (IEA) is to provide accurate, relevant, and timely information for use by the university community and external constituencies. 

Under policies adopted by the FAU Board of Trustees, each academic department within the university shall participate in an ongoing performance review process. 

The Departmental Dashboard Indicators (DDIs) are data points that provide a framework for assessing the status of academic programs.
